What is Link's recent history?

Over the past three years Link has continued to focus on its global growth strategy. Here are some recent highlights:

  • Moved into New Zealand market
    In 2005, joined with New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) to establish Link NZ.

  • Entered South African market
    In 2006, acquired a majority holding in the country’s second largest share registry,Ultra Registrars (Pty) Limited (Ultra)

  • Expanded in Australia
    Purchased Orient Capital (Australia’s market leading Investor Relations Services provider) and Corporate File (which provides advisory, investor relations and Open Briefing® services).

  • Moved into Superannuation

  • Expanded Superannuation
    Purchased Primary Superannuation Services Pty Ltd based in Melbourne in 2007 and The Australian Superannuation Group(WA) Pty Ltd (TASG) based in Perth in 2007.
